Shipping Policy

At KBC International, we work with you to ship your quality equine supplies in the fastest and most economical way possible. If you have your own Fed Ex or UPS account let us know and we can ship it that way.

We normally ship via UPS ground. Shipping charges are calculated automatically when checking out of our online store based on current UPS rates. You may also choose to ship via 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air by calling our customer service. If you would like to use an existing Fed Ex account, please call our offices for assistance. We will attempt to ship complete orders; however, if for some reason an item is on backorder, partial orders may be shipped in order for you to get your items as quickly as possible.  We will notify you in a timely manner if an item is backordered. That way you can decide whether to wait, choose another item, or cancel the backordered item!

Orders less than $65 are charged a $9.00 flat rate shipping fee. Exclusions are vaccines 2 Day UPS Shipping, oversized items, bulky item and retail pickup only items.

KBC’s offers FREE shipping on non-FOB items over $65 shipped to the contiguous United States.

You will be charged actual ground shipping charges based on total order weight on items marked FOB. FOB items are typically those that weigh over 10 pound or that are large or bulky.

Vaccines are shipped Monday through Wednesday as UPS Next Day.
Vaccines are temperature sensitive items that require insulated packaging and expedited shipment.
Currently vaccines are shipped at a flat rate of $9 per order.
