First FDA-approved treatment for equine protozoal myeloencephalitis (EPM). Is indicated as an aid in reducing the clinical severity of Equine Protozoal Myeloencephalitis (EPM) caused by Sarcocystis neurona in horses; it is expected that approximately two horses out of three will respond favourably to treatment.
