This product is formulated for itchy horses, dogs and cats. Pramoxine hydrochloride acts as a topical anesthetic while hydrocortisone provides anti inflammatory activity. Colloidal oatmeal soothes the skin and omega fatty acids further nourish the skin and helps control irritation.
